Are deposits required?

Yes, 50% of total price at time of order, no deposit at time of order, no order. We do not "hold" dates

 

Do you offer samples?

No, but we offer cake tastings for weddings and large events. Your choice of up to 4  soulful cake flavors.

Do you have a walk-in location?

No, we operated in a private kitchen, no daily sales.

What are your pickup times?

Pickup times Sunday-Saturady are by appointment only. Late fee will apply.

Do you deliver?

Yes, delivery is available within Buford, GA and surrounding areas. Please ask about delivery and fee during your consultation.​

How far in advance should I order?

Wedding Cakes: Clients are encouraged to schedule a consultation as soon as an event date has been set. Normally, 5-9 months out is ideal to save your date for a wedding cake, but please inquire at any time and you will be informed of availability and schedule a consultation.

What if I order my wedding cake and it’s less than two months away?

There is a rush fee of $150 if your wedding cake is ordered less than two months of your Wedding Day in addition to  your wedding cake.

Event Cakes: For event cakes and cupcakes, a 2 week notice is preferred. 

Last minute orders can sometimes be fulfilled but selections and flavors may be limited. Please note that a rush fee of $25.00 will be applied to last minute orders.The sooner that you can give a notice the better!

I saw a photo of a cake I love. Can you recreate it?

If you saw an image that you fell in love with, please email or bring it to your consultation. I am able to recreate the overall feel of the design but not the exact cake. Cakes by Chantal, L.L.C. believes every client should have a custom cake designed for them. Your cake should be special for you!

What should I bring to our cake consultation?

During our meeting, I will develop a custom cake design that embodies the full vision you have in mind for your event. Please bring anything that you would like to incorporate into your design and/or is the inspiration behind your event. I can pull inspiration from invitations, centerpieces, decorations, bouquets, venue, theme, heirlooms, or dresses!
