I developed a passion for cooking and baking as a child with my grandmother; I would pull up the kitchen table chair and help my granny cook. I loved the “birthday cake” tradition. Every birthday was all about the cake for me, I could care less about presents. It was a surprise to see how my cake was decorated each year. I felt so special on my birthday!! I bring that same passion into creating custom cakes designed with in mind. I love watching peoples faces while trying my cake for the first time. The look that comes across their faces ...love so deep its soul piercing."
