​​I'm Chantal, I create desserts that are rich, elegant and a little dangerous. The kind of cakes people remember long after the candles are blown out. The kind make guests pause mid-bite and reconsider their standards. 

​This blog exists because there's more to luxury desserts than pretty pictures. There's discipline. Precision. Desire. There's knowing when to add more - and when to stop. There's confidence in charging what your work is worth and delivering exactly what you promised.

Obscene, to me is excess don well.

Too smooth. Too rich. Too good to rush.
